This is not about dealing with ignorance in all areas of metaphysics but generally ignorance of the unexplained. I was talking to my mum about the effects of pyramids ( because I have been interested in areas of science which are kept quiet and spirituality ) and she says I'm getting obsessed almost like I'm getting brainwashed as someone else posted that topic. I'm not I can think for myself but it seems that when you explain something like that to other people who are more grounded by their thoughts, they seem to look at you oddly as if you aren't right in the head. I detest that as I've never seen the world in a more truer light than in the last few years. Of course I'm always open to suggestion which is healthy, but most people live lives not even thinking of what might be out in space or in our very dimension obscured.
I like to try experiments for myself rather than taking people's word for it, but this obsurdity that you are crazy is a typical responce from many who are too crowded in their thoughts of money, traffic problems, bills, friends and many more. The trouble is we can't think clearly anymore and this has limited our ability to let knowledge in. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's heard the words " oh for god sake you must not become fooled by these things and be careful because mustn't believe everything you read or hear". True......but I can think for myself.

We can only wait till people are ready

for their spirituality. For his/her future part.

Everyone could find the way to us.

Hey Andrei,
I find the same thing, my father tends to dismiss anything i find true, and tell me that im getting too deep into it.

But you are taking the right approach, as it has been said before, Gnosis is about experiential knowledge not beliefs, or brainwashing. Ultimately its up to you to find out and understand what is real and what is not.
For people that are not interested, its easier not telling them too much because you just get into trouble.
"Silence is the eloquence of wisdom" - (Cant remember who said that but i liked it :-) )
There are so many other quotes on silence too, but to give you the idea....

Most people are not gnostics. They can not let go of their beliefs about what they've been told by other people, educators, parents, and others...

I'm building an electrolysis reactor that allows a car to run on water. How many people can you imagine absolutely refute this possibility because they actually believe they have knowledge of the science involved when all they are doing is believing what someone on TV or the internet was paid to tell them.

It seems you're learning the necessity of keeping silent about certain things. It's a good opportunity to examine the nature of the situation too.

Learning To Be Silent: From a 101 Ninjitsu Koans:

The pupils of the Tendai school used to study meditation before Zen entered Japan. Four of them who were intimate friends promised one another to observe seven days of silence.

On the first day all were silent. Their meditation had begun auspiciously, but when night came and the oil lamps were growing dim one of the pupils could not help exclaiming to a servant: "Fix those lamps."

The second pupil was surprised to hear th first one talk. "We are not supposed to say a word," he remarked.

"You two are stupid. Why did you talk?" asked the third.

"I am the only one who has not talked," concluded the fourth pupil.

Hi Andrei,

"[...] most people live lives not even thinking of what might be out in space or in our very dimension obscured."

I feel a little bit of desire to speak regarding my life altering course of Philosophy of Science. We learned that history shows science to be progressing through revolutions, with each revolution discarding truths about nature by alienating them and turning them into half-truths or worse. Science is not purely additive as the current text books make it to be and the bigger historical picture says that science has practically no hope of ever explaining all phenomena.

This leads one to see the need for a more symbolic study of life. However, I myself found that it also stole almost all motivation to persue physics. All the while, we can't really afford to look down on a non-spiritual scientist since we still can't rule out the possibility of him/her stumbling upon the theory of (most) everything. I've been greatly out of touch, and I don't know what it meant when I heard the news that they performed an actual simulation of a big bang, but it brought to my mind a scenario of disastrous probing into infra-dimensions in the future.

Well, I also wanted to quote two verses in spite for the "know-alls".

2:26. Lo! Allah disdaineth not to coin the similitude even of a gnat. Those who believe know that it is the truth from their Lord; but those who disbelieve say: What doth Allah wish (to teach) by such a similitude? He misleadeth many thereby, and He guideth many thereby; and He misleadeth thereby only miscreants;

I thought some of them would say "big deal" at the next one:

24:45. Allah hath created every animal of water. Of them is (a kind) that goeth upon its belly and (a kind) that goeth upon two legs and (a kind) that goeth upon four. Allah createth what He will. Lo! Allah is Able to do all things.

To ask is to learn, to learn is to know, thus knoweledge is the ultimate goal!

Thankyou guys, I like the section you wrote Apakhana the test those people did. it seems we can't stay quiet for long :) I have been reading Arthur Findlay's books about life after death and it's a good read so far, one of his other books though is called "The Curse of Ignorance" very aptly named I think as there is so much of that in our world.
It is obvious now that humans have been become far greedier lately with all the adverts I see on television relating to....insurance, latest technology, mobile phones, injury lawers and an endless list more. When people learn that greed is so destructive then maybe we will find happiness once more but I feel it's not going to be without a battle! As Mahatma Gandhi once said " when you find the real truth it gives you a sense of freedom" but many don't find truth as it is false in it's source thus chaos and inbalance within people arise.
One example is a good family bond is that of my half family in Europe with my Father. They aren't very wealthy but there is such a close bond between them that there is very little disharmony.
