LittleHuman Join Date: 2005-11-13 Forum Posts: 38	I noticed Mark mentioned this in the 2nd mountain in his biography: "We were looking at a video of Rabolu and in it someone asked him a question about whether they should teach the exercise the blue smoke (the one we had been sanctioned for teaching), he said that it was an excellent exercise, that Samael had taught it to him and that he recommended that everyone taught it too." I was wondering what is this exercise about and if there is some symbolic meaning behind "blue smoke"? I tried emailing to contact address at http://www.belzebuub.com but it seems broken.

I think it is an alternative relaxation exercise, but I don't have any specifics to share.

Ahoy!

I know that some Yogis during meditation visualize icy-cold blue smoke spreading through the body making one motionless and relaxed.

But I am not quite sure if it is the same practice that Belzebuub was talking about.
