Hi All,
I have done the Dreams and Astral Projection course in Melb earlier on in the year, and I have just restarted to try to project recently. Now to cut a long story short, I am confused as to if I had a projection or dreamt that I was projecting. The experience felt very real at times but a lot of it was hazy. This is what I remember
*went to sleep
*heard an unusual noise sort of like static/whooshing noise
*seen my astral hands rise, opened my physical eyes and I woke up so I closed my eyes and tried again, and again I seen my astral arms so I prompted myself to “get out”
*managed to fall out of bed
*as I stood up I was floating rather than standing solidly on my feet
* did a couple of tests – found that I actually wasn’t physically awake
*looked back at my bed but couldn’t see my body – did this a couple of times, but the sheets were pulled back as if I had gotten out of bed
*then felt this enormous pressure on my chest
*woke up
Can anyone tell me if this was an actual AP or dream? This sort of thing has happened a couple of times now.

I think that you AP'd. Some of the things that happened to you happened to some of my friends that astral projected, like seeing your astral hand rising, not being able to see your physical body, and not standing but floating.

you said you fell outta bed....did you check the floor? sounds like a OBE to me. Just keep at it.

It sounds like a full blown astral projection experience; well done!

Thanks for your thoughts, Joseph - no i didn't check the floor, will do this next time, i think i was concentrating too much on why i couldn't see my physical body.... Hopefully i will have another AP soon :)
