Friends and experts,
I want to learn astral projection and some one told me that there are Free online courses available here on Gnostic web. I signed up and looking for Free courses on "How to do astral projection" but i couldn't find it.
can anyone send me link on Free course available on "How to do astral Projection"

Unfortunately, the courses are taken in 2-month intervals. The next course starts in August.

There is a another class that you might want to take with it or after it "Self Discovery class". I found out that self discipline and concentration is very important to have any success with astral travel.

If you want to prepare yourself for the next course, I recommend to train your concentration, it helps a great deal with astral projection and also with many other exercises. Here is a video which explains a concentration exercise, with it you can learn to concentrate on one thing:
