Seeing the astral plane

as random as this may sound when I started (and still now) Ive been wondering what the astral plane might even nearly look like...(still havent  had an OBE) I think it would be good if maybe somebody could draw what its like in the astral and post it on the site (I wanna draw what I see if successful) and I think it would be a good idea =D

from what i've seen it is the same as our world. I had a brief OBE about 6 months ago, I was just at the foot of my bed where I was meditating and then came back in and "woke" up

Hello Jack,

If you want to get an idea of how the astral plane is the best way is to experience it. The more you want to get experience and channel that into practice and efforts the sooner you can gain that insight.

If you haven't taken them already all of the free courses on this site will help towards astral projection. Consciously experiencing the astral realm is a spiritual ability and as such a larger knowledge of the spiritual work as a whole will assist in this.

have you ever had a dream that you were flying? I don't mean in a mechanical device like an airplane or such, I mean like your dreaming that your walking down a sidwalk and start floating. OBE's are kind of like that.

When I first 'seperated' (um-teen years ago) my 'astral body' was standing in front of the my chair looking down at my actual body... why? because thats what I had chosen to do...jump out/ jump in...as you continue to practice ( controlled breathing, developing trust etc...) you'll find you can travel to other rooms, other streets, other citys....THEN it gets intresting...LOL

as far as the 'drawing' goes, it's simply a clearer, purer version of now, sort of like viewing everything in HI- DEF at least that's how it's been for me.
