I have met the same blue person twice in my dream. Both are the type of dream which you can't forget.
Later on I searched the internet and found that article about Devlar Nar which almost perfectly describe the appearance of the being I saw in my dream. The body, the black shimmering apparel it's all the same as in that fisherman's story.... Unfortuntely I was not able/didn't force myself to study this more internally, but now I'm gaining interest in that again.

There are people taking a electro-chemically prepared elixir with colloidial silver suspended in a solution. When there is a large amount of silver atoms within the organism it turns the skin blue.

These people are not extraterrestrials but anything is possible. Maybe if there were some hiding in Antarctica, they naturally have silver in the bloodstream.

Samael Aun Weor have written about beings living in the center of the Earth that are blue skinned (he called them Blue man).

Thanks for the link to the website, it's interesting to read the info. I'm really interested in this subject too as some experiences just before joining these course lead me to believe that aliens do exists.

I always wondered about alien life and the possibilities of them existing and I think that from all the sightings around the world that have occurred at least some of them must be true, I mean not everyone makes things up, if you know what I mean.

I don't know if anyone can give you the answers for your question except to point to the information at hand which has been described above and to also stand on our own experiences which we can only know for ourselves

Yes, thanks for the link. The author seems to have acquired a hold of factual information, but once again we see a confused interpretation emerge from the mind.

In my own, things of this nature are not a matter of belief. They are a matter of realization. People tend to beleive things and still label themselves as "gnostic."

There's a purpose for everything. The rest of the universe does not exist so we Earth mammals can look at it with our telescopes.

It could be a shared-consciousness event.

I have little to no faith in OBE's anyways. True Skeptic here.

However, I do believe dream states can tell you ALOT about who you are and what you can do, but only through self-diagnosis.

One persons "Bear" may represent Fear, another persons "Bear" may represent Strength. 

Everyone can see everything a different way than you.

Also, context is very important.

- That's okay, many people including myself were once also.

Validating things through experience and being able to correctly interpret/comprehend what is happening is the correct approach.

It took me a long time and alot of suffering to realize that I know nothing, despite what the pride rampant in my intellect wanted me to beleive. My own skepticism was accepting a belief's opposite as truth, while not possesing any real experiential knowledge of it to begin with.

Beleif and doubt are both limits to me and neither is knowing.

In my experience you're absolutely right about individual perspectives on the dream symbolism.

However, I have found doubt and skepticism very useful tools when it comes to proving something, or disproving it. If I question, and hypothesize. and ponder, and perform thought experiments, especially with others, I usually end up with a much more refined idea/perspective than when I started out. Using negative aspects and negative tools to do your positive bidding is thrilling!
