I'm currently on the AP course, and we have a session at the end of the course where we all try and AP to the same place. Maybe you could join us for that.

do you mean all go AP at the same place and time....because sorry im 15 cant travel to the corse places, but i will meet up with you guys when your doing it.........

The courses are online... No physical travelling is necessary.

actually im not really sure, ive not took the course yet, but found some links on how to do it some methods....since i all ready had medatation down i just set there laying down and just start to concentrate and within 5-10 minutes im out. I can, give you a link if you want........
