Turn audio to podcasts

Hello all,
I think it would be really neet if the audio talks by VM Belzebuub could be turned into podcasts. I'd be willing to figure out how to do that and pass it on to the webmasters. I think it would be really neat if people could access Belzebuub's talks through iTunes and download them so they can listen to them on iPods. Additionally, new talks could automatically download to iTunes. It's also possible to do video feeds.
Does this seem like an OK idea? Who do I get in touch with to follow up on this?
