My Thought for the Weekend, from Jesus

Do not judge, so that you are not judged,
because with the same judgment
you judge, you will be judged.
All that is given to you to see outside is only
a reflection of what lies in your heart,
the world and men are what you are.

Hello Jim,

thanx for the quote, it is very sad indeed to see every day what lies in our hearts. :-(
By forgiving others, it seems we just in fact forgive ourselves the same ego. It is just so hard to see that we have that very monster ourselves, for me at least...

All the strength!

Hi Pavlin, The painting is

ruttergod's picture

Hi Pavlin,

The painting is called "Allegory of Wisdom and Justice" by Hermann Kaulbach. To me it looks like the character holding the mirror is Wisdom, and the one with the sword Justice, so it felt to me to go with this quote very much. What you think?
