Welcome to this site. Every week there are 2 videos to watch, one explains the topic and the other one explains the exercises, for example how to do the relaxation exercise. The exercises all build upon another, like relaxation is necessary for astral projection, so it comes before the projection exercises. You have access to the course material when you login and go to the left menu "Course Material".
There are also weekly live lectures with skype, when you login into a live lecture you can ask question straight away to a teacher.

The Skype lectures are actually really good because it's really helpful to be able to interact live and ask questions. It's even more helpful if you watch the video first and then take part in that week's Skype lecture - that way you can clarify anything that you're unsure of from the video.
