After you have taken Astral Travel and Dreams, and Self Discovery you have the option to move onto the Gnostic Wisdom course.

The courses encompass a number of different aspects including electronic books, videos, and live interactive skype lectures. Most of these will require downloading from this site through the course area or utilization of skype and internet access.

When I first started the courses here, I took the astral course first, it was what brought me to the site in the first place - first thing I did (after signing up for the course, which was about a month away) was experiment with the practices I found on the public site. To my surprise I had my first astral experience within days!

Astral experiences, esp if (like me) you've never done it before, can really change our whole approach to these practices, it depends where your main interest lies obviously but in my (biased) opinion I'd say go for the astral course first, give it 150% and the result will be amazing :-)

I agree with Elisabeth. I was almost as enthusiastic as you when I signed up, and I got an Astral Experience within 2 days.

wow thts really amazing .... i jus cant wait to get into it,jus waiting for the course to start.by the time wat can i do? i treid to focus like to meditate but i jus fell into sleep.can we meet each other thru astrall?? thats my bigest question..and wat abt telepathy???

Have a read around the site, read some articles by students about their experiences, if you want to you can try some of the practices they describe. Essentially the practices are all based on relaxation and concentration so you can get started trying different practices, for example concentrating on the heart beats. If you find you keep falling asleep perhaps you could try a practice sitting up. The problem with falling asleep will go away as your concentration develops so don't worry about that :-)

Personally I haven't met anyone from these courses in the astral yet, but many others have met each other in the astral and then confirmed it later, on forums and in centres... And telepathy is one of the things we can develop with some of the practices given on these courses, and is commonly used in the astral.

I started the course here in 2002. I had never even heard about astral travel before I saw it on some random forum online, wanted to find out what it was and then found this site. I'd never really had any spiritual experiences before that, so I didn't really expect it to work :-) Glad I gave it a go anyway though!
