Hi Everyone!
I've got several questions - I'll relay my experiences first.
Last week I ended up out of my body three times - what a busy night! It's only the second time ever I've been out!! I remember doing the jump test in my bedroom and then I must have slipped into a dream because it all became very groggy. Then I woke up to my alarm at 4am (to do a Mt Everest exercise) looked at the clock but couldn't read the time it was too small. I turned on my lamp and got out of bed and that's when I realised I was in my parent's bedroom - over the other side of the country lol!! Except it was different - the light was barely visible, almost blueish. I remembered to question whether it was the astral yay! I did a jump test and wasn't sure, did a second test and thought that when my head nearly touched the roof that it was normal!!!!! I did the stretchy finger test and only just managed to see something. So I stood infront of their window and leapt out of the window and started flying toward the stars which rapidly blurred. I was back in their bedroom again at some stage and again jumped out of the window trying to yell "To Mt Everest!" but I could barely talk. Now all of it was really really groggy and tiring. Can this be a reflection of my waking state???! Hope not! I don't understand why I was getting out of my parent's bed and incidentally when I woke up to the alarm, it was after I did the finger test I remembered I had already woken up and fallen back asleep for real, hmmmm strange...Has anyone else experienced difficulty in talking? It was like I had a frozen jaw lol! I also remember trying to visualise Mt Everest when standing in their bedroom and found it really difficult.. Any tips?
Cheers,
Cecilia

Hi Cee,

I have also experienced difficulty with talking in past experiences. At one time it sounded like I was drunk when talking, like the words came out in slow motion. The more we try to astral project and the more experiences we have, the better we become at controlling ourselves in the astral. Visualizing places in the astral is also something which improves with practice.

The more aware and concentrated we are during the day and the less we react with emotions the more this will positively effect our astral experiences.

Keep up the good work!

Hi Cecilia!

In my experience with talking while out of the physical body, at first it is wierd sounding, like a radio not quite dialed in but then clears up in a moment. If I "speak" it is like an electronic echo, that's how I hear it.

The phenomena seems to be that a mental direction or though is projected outward and it reverberates against the electric atmosphere.

You're experience sounds like you were pretty lucid. I'll bet it took some work to achieve that! Good job.

The jump test works the best for me, to see if I am dreaming or not. Pulling the finger or trying to put a hand through a wall doesn't make any difference to me. It's like trying to streach jello.

People's psyche operate differently to a certain degree though.

one time towards the end of a short spiritual astral travel i was just outside my house and i saw a business-looking man. i didnt feel threatened by him at all but just to be sure i used the bellelin mantra. it was kind of weird because i heard myself saying it but my mouth wasnt moving, unfortunately i distracted myself with it to much and woke up again.lolz

Hi Cecillia,

I never spoke in the astral, I don't have so many experiences, but when I first got out I couldn't walk at all. On the contrary I could float and fly very easily! I was told that we can't control our body when in the astral the first times and that we have to learn how, just like a baby has. Now why I could fly that easily, I don't know.

But thats not what I wanted to say. It might sound stupid, but please pay attention. Although I was told that its almost impossible to mix the astral with the physical, it can happen. And I don't mean that you could be in the astral and think you are in the physical, which is rather common, I mean the other way around. I mean being in the physical and think you are in the astral. So when you aren't 100% sure where you are, don't leap out of a window! You could try instead to walk out in the street and then try to fly. You where in the astral of course since you ended up touching the roof but you said you weren't sure. Always play safe. Sorry if that sounds like when our mom is grudging about something. But I spend a horrible week in the past confusing my dreams with reality, thinking, or better being sure, that some things I saw in my dreams, really happened, which ended in a very confusing situation. That was of course the result of my bad psychological situation and the fact that I find it very hard to stay in the present moment. But ever since I decided to be very careful when I use the enormous possibilities that are provided for us in the astral.

Wish you the best.
