Hello Jahfonde,
It is a way to say it. Our psyche is multi-dimensional, we percieve this physical world using our five senses, and the other dimensions we can percieve with faculities like polyvision, clairvoyance etc if we have them active. These are not what we can experience external to ourselves like we experience this world using our five senses.
We can follow techniques like we can use astral travel to visit astral dimension, which is a replica of physical world. You can visit astral world and meet spiritual beings there, and you can ask to be shown in your experiences/dreams as to how you appear to them. Perhaps ask before you go to practice astral projection.

It's interesting way to see it, and a very true one too.
"As above so below". From what I understand, microcosmos is operated by the same laws as macrocosmos, the difference is in the scale, the number of dimensions, the level of complexity.
Mini mentioned the astral world, and perhaps, it's the easiest opportunity to meet other beings, as they can come over there more easily than to the physical world, and practitioners of astral projections can meet them and learn from them.

I've seen a docu on discovery channel about this. They show the solar system and then they zoom into earth, a human, the skin, the cells, until the atoms (with microscope).
Interesting is that the molecules gives the same picture as the solar system.
Maybe an atom can represent it with its electrons, protons etc.

This is interesting Ive read or heard somewhere that our eyes are like black holes and ive sometimes thought when looking up at the night sky, at the stars, the light energy has taken however many lightyears to reach my eyes. And when it enters, then what? Has this light energy finished its long and arduous journey and blinked out of existance? or is the journey continued whithin to an inner universe?
