In the last two or three months something has happenend to me which I can only describe as " a new awakening". I have always been a sensitive person, but since I have been raising my vibrational levels and practising energy raising, my openness towards receiving other people's emotions and how quickly I pick up upon their vibes is overwhelming. It's like I see people how they truely are and it's quite alarming. Amazingly though I will pick up on a person on a high vibrational wave straight away. I have begun that long road with a few steps of realising how spirituality works. I assume many of you who too had taken this similar path discovered it in a similar way. I have now come to except the truth from inside myself which has made it's presence known lately in a stronger form. I can only say that it is a path very few have even taken a few steps in, to say the least and how so many more should as it would make the world a much happier place.

Hi Andrei,

Increased sensitivity and "feeling" others is likely to indicate a progress with internal work.

Probably you can see it already, this raising of sensitivity has a trap within it too.
I don't mean that it is the case with you, but when we start to perceive others better, subconscious elements try to take advantage of it, so we can even judge others sometimes on a base of mistakes we can see in them, which in their turn, reflects our own weaknesses. And others look at us...

It's amazing, like you said, to see others and ourselves, and this world, as it really is, without "subconscious filters", then, with more progress, it's possible to see it in more depth.

Thanks a lot for sharing with your observations, good luck with more experiences!

To ask is to learn, to learn is to know, thus knoweledge is the ultimate goal!

Thankyou Vadim, I certainly have felt one of several things though and that is how out of focus many other people seem to me in ways of attitude and judgement of others. It's a bit scary that once you start the path of spirituality you end feeling victimised inside, as you are different too many but not all.

Hi Honey,

My name is zoe, I happon to agree with you I have been doing this for some years now but still consider myself a novice of sorts.

We are all here to learn and become who we truelly are while we are incarnated. I to have found that when I am close to someone wether it be a friend, an aquantence or simply some one I have bumped into. I am able to home in on there vibration and pick up on there inner being.

I can tell wether they have had a good life or a bad one.

I can tell if they are open or closed. I can tell if they will except help or not. I understand how overwhelming it is but go with it and I promise you it will become one of your greatest gifts. However be warned most people do not like it when souls like us come into contact with them , it makes them feel paranoid and inferior. But given time you will understand how to become empathic towards these people and help them all the same.

I think, it is very normal in the beginning, and can feel like you are really getting "torn out" from others, but then this feeling of "being victimized inside" gets replaced by warmth to others and peace, with more progress.

Today, Belzebuub in his Skype talk just answered a very similar question.

It's a matter of changing affinity.
Internal change leads to external change -meeting a new friends, becoming closer to a wonderful people, with whom you had nothing in common before.

Good luck with it, awakening is the process, doesn't happen in a one day!

Hi everyone,

Alot of times I think people mistake some of the things that have been described in this thread for body language or just the ability to read other people's mood and intention because of an understanding of our own psychology and empathetic intuition.

It's a very special thing though, to be able to recognize the being in other people. It takes alot of work to be able to realize one's one as it is.

..."Internal change leads to external change -meeting a new friends, becoming closer ..."

Not necessarily.
The change part, sure, but ...
I'm ecstatic for whoever this actually works for, but in my case it's just more to keep guarded from the ignorant people I have no choice but to be surrounded by.

The further someone like me gets, the heavier the consequences seem to weigh or the larger the burden gets. I'm not stupid, I know better than to tell people things they are not ready to hear and doing such would not attract friends.

Good intentions can still produce enemies and problems and oh how learning the hard way has been lot's of fun...

It's strange, still, to feel understanding and warmth for someone who believes their own ignorance is enough to validate their doubt in my truth.

Hi Apakhana,

I guess it also depends on what we all mean by "internal change" and what we do for that to take place.

Seems that where you are now, it's not easy at all for you.

Best wishes!

Believe it or not Apakhana, body language is merely a visible form of physical vibrations which we all show to one another. Empathic abilities are one of the much higher and rarer gifts that few seem to use.

I think it's much easier that those more sensitive in the world are more gifted in seeing the negative emotions. It's possibly something to do with the fact that intolerance is ever so present throughtout the world as well as much of westernised societies.
