Hello everyone! i havent been on for quite a while.. but i wanted to share my experience and maybe have a couple of questions answered if thats okay with you guys.. anyways for the past 2-3 weeks i have been on the nicotine patch because i have been trying to quit smoking.. and it seems like everytime i have it on while i fall asleep or while i am asleep i astral project to a certain degree.. like today.. i was asleep and i had a lucid dream where i was speaking to a friend.. and then i became aware it was a dream.. and i fell to the ground and i thought i was dying and then i was aware i was in the astral.. anyways what ALWAYS happens is that i feel like im having a seizure and hear this really loud noise and im NEVER able to move.. and my vision always seems to stay on one spot.. even though i feel like im moving.. when i closed my eyes and though of flying upwards it "felt" like i was going upwards.. it actually felt really cool! but my vision was still focused on what certain spot.. what can i do to see where i am properly? and howcome its SOOO hard to move around?
