experience?

hi everyone

im 17 years old and have know about astral traveling for just over a year now.

most
of the time when i astral travel i lie in bed pronouncing the mantra
Egypto sometimes getting small sensations then i relax and listen to
all the sounds of the night and picture the room around me. then most
of the time i roll onto my side and fall asleep; twice i have projected
shortly after falling asleep, the first time i was sitting up on my bed
in the astral and it wasnt until i woke up that i realised i had astral
traveled. the second time i used the same routine and shortly after
falling asleep i projected into the same position only i couldnt really
see anything; two objects were infront of me and i was starting to get
worried becasue i thought that they might be negative entities; pretty
soon things got a bit clearer and to my amusment the two objects were
my knees. i used the mantra bellilin and for a split second i saw all
of my room in perfect detail. after that i drifted into a deep sleep.

couple of nights ago however when i was pronouncing the mantra Egypto
my hands started to vibrate and then the vibrations started to work
themself through my whole body. i felt very relaxed and felt a little
like i had risen or my body had gotten a lot lighter. soon i could
start feeling my heartbeat intensify as if my astral body was comming
back down into my physical body again.

what
i need to know is, had i projected and what should i have done. i didnt
know whether to try and stand up in the astral or whether i would've
just stood up in the physical.

any help would be greatly appericiated.
