Ok so I have been unable to visit the astral for more than a month I used to be very consistant on visiting it every night, I pray to my divine mother every night and still no result. One day all of a sudden I just stopped having OBEs. I try with the FARAON mantra every night, I have also tried with LA RA S , what else can you recommend, I don't like the TAE RE RE RE mantra as it makes it hard to sleep. What other mantras or suggestions do you have?. I also remember my dreams every night, yet I don't know why I can't wake up in the middle of them like I used to in order to astral travel. Also one thing I noticed: it started to become more difficult to have astral projections when I stopped masturbation, and I know stopping masturbation is a good thing, however I don't understand this connection. I'm begining to think masturbation was perhaps giving me the sort of black magic powers to astral project. |

Astral projection has two components in it, ability to concentrate in relaxed way and ability to fall asleep being concentrated.
Has anything changed in the last month?
Going to bed late? Working harder? Some emotional obstacles affecting concentration? Something else?
Do you know mantra EHYPTO? How about astral projection with visualizations?
It's great that you wake up your dreams every night...perhaps your dreams can show you the key to improve? You can also ask your Divine Mother to show you in your dreams what needs to be changed.
Regarding masturbation, I beleive strongly, that stopping it is essential for spiritual change to actually take place. It can be very hard in the first time though, but later it would be much easier, there are so many rewards for it! No, no, there is no black magic power in it related to astral projection, just a psychological weakness breaking ability to concentrate and causing a disaster in psychological states.

The Divine also assists us a lot when we begin with astral projection. Then after some time they retreat to see how we are doing on our own. It feels like walking blindfolded at that moment, but we have to keep trying.
As long as we keep doing our exercises, the body and mind will stay accustomed to it, and the chances of breaking through will increase.

Guess what guys, I'm thinking there's a link between masturbation and astral travel. I'm not planning to go back to masturbation however I'm understanding perhpas I was having the powers to astral project as a black magician.
You know what they say, the dark side is easier and more tempting. Therefore I understand it is easier for a black magician to astral project.
On the other hand, a white magician which is what I'm turning into might have a clearer experience, the only question is, when am I gonna be able to aquire this?, I guess it would take more time, Don't know.

Hi foxtse, it's not a matter of time I think, it's a matter of practice. We all start from a certain point and we can only do that, practice.
How clear our experiences are depends on the level of consciousness that we have aquired and the level of awareness that we build up through the day and other practices.
We can also ask, and also we are given according to our efforts and practice.
It can be good to leave time aside, just plan on what are we going to do today for it.

as far out, as it sounds, it could also be a spiritual interval, perhaps your not suposed to be in the astral this time.
if your devine mother has not returned a call, it meens either your intensions arent clear, or not genuine.
i dont think masturbation, would be the causing the lack of obe.
dont do it. masturbation is not good.

I think that Mauricio has a very good point regarding level of awareness throughout the day. With efforts to be aware during a day, astral practices become easier.
Awareness starts from self-observation, just in case if you have not seen it, here is a tip about it from Belzebuub.
Regarding masturbation, evidently it's so easy to see how without control over mind, lust causes centres to be unbalanced and then it's very hard to astral project and to be aware.
However it's still possible to break through all these clouds of lust and any other negativity.
Belzebuub explains briefly how to deal with unbalanced centers in his chapter about starting from unbalanced centers from "Talks in Quebec 2004".

As far as not being able to project, I would also like to add that my usual practice is giving me migrain headaches now.
I can't really switch techniques because they don't work the same for me. What should I do? I feel as if I stop trying for awhile then that entropy will come back.
