Hi, Im new to all that is Spiritual, up until my 30th Bday last week I was living the life of a Layman, but suddenly my spiritual side kicked in! OK, can I try and find my Nana through Astral Projection. She has been gone now for 10 years, and I believe (according to a Medium) she is waiting in my Grandas house (who is still here). The problem is, do you reckon if I did see here could it emotionally cripple me!? Please help! And I appologise if this question is in the wrong place! Stuart |

The simple answer to your question, is that as long as she has not re-incarnated you should be able to visit her. Do keep in mind however, that life after death is a complex thing, so you cannot really know for sure where she is located and her state until you have encountered her.
If she is located in the higher spirit worlds, you should be able to call upon her and have her visit you. You could also try and travel to her yourself of course... But the best thing would probably be to request to be taken to her, that way you leave it open for someone with more experience (your being/higher self, guide, friendly spirit etc) who knows the reality much better than you do, to take you there.
But yes, of course, it is defenetely possible and can be done.
