Hi! Im new to this, just purchased the book on Astral Travel and dreaming. I have to admit I am kinda scared! Anyway it will be good to meet you all at some stage (or maybe a few). Im planning on talking to my dear missus to let me go to the Welsh Retreat I have read about. Thanks Stu |

Welcome Stu,
Actually fear is something pretty common, especially in the beginning, but I find we need to confront it and get over it to be able to progress with astral projection (and really with anything in life, too). It's important to remember that you go to the astral every time you fall asleep and nothing can harm you physically, if this is the issue.
I, personally, first took the online course and after that got the book, and I think taking the course online (or in person if you have a study centre nearby) can be even more beneficial than doing it only on your own, not just because all the like-minded people that you get to interact with, but also the course teachers who help out with clarifying the questions one may have. So I'd recommend the course. :)
lol I hope the missis won't mind the Welsh retreat!
best wishes!

Hello Stuart,
Welcome to the site. Don't worry about being scared, there is nothing to be afraid of. In time if you keep looking into what is taught here you will see astral travel to be the amazing experience it is rather then a fear of the unknown that our sub-conscious tries to make it out to be.
Enjoy the book its very informative and practical,
Adam.
