I doubt about the bookstores, but it should be possible to order it on-line and receive it in Belgium.

You can always try a bookstore, many of them order books by request - and sometimes even take additional copies to keep in stock :-)

But it's available from Amazon anyhow, and delivery to Belgium shouldn't take long.

Oh yes, that's a good point that now you can just order books by request from many of a bookstores...forgot about it.
