I was able to count the passes correctly, but I did not notice the guy in the bear costume as a guy in a bear costume. My "peripherals" saw another guy in dark clothing among the rest of the group. I'm not completely certain it is even physically possible to notice that the man was in a bear costume(a very poor one) and notice he is moonwalking while it the same time counting the number of passes the individuals in the white shirts made. That would require me to focus my attention on the guy in the bear costume and not the individuals in the white shirts.

Yeah I think it's possible. As far as being an accurate test of awareness, I don't think it is. I think the main lesson in the video was "watch out for cyclists" :)
