Activities
Participate in a variety of activities that promote uplifting, spiritual energy. There will be opportunities for yoga practices, astral projection exercises, discussions, music nights, and awareness walks.
We will explore techniques for awareness, self-observation, and meditation, as well as mantras to awaken intuition, clairvoyance, and other spiritual faculties.
During the day, you’ll explore the nearby ancient redwood forest or go for a trip to the nearest Pacific Ocean beach. Expect wonderful walks and stunning scenery, stopping along the way to ponder, reflect, and take in the inspirational scenery.
Listening to stories, writing in your journal, playing and listening to the piano, or sharing quietude will ready you for evening retirement. The peace of ‘inner silence’ will lull you towards a restful and rejuvenating sleep –or a night spent investigating the wonders of out-ofbody experiences.
Experienced instructors will explain and guide every exercise, and there will also be plenty of opportunity to investigate the techniques individually and to discuss them with others. You can go at your own pace and gradually discover what lies within you.
There will also be plenty of time to re-connect and chat with friends, or to spend a quiet moment reflecting on your own. No practice is compulsory, so you can join in as little or as much as you like.
Travel
A bus will take people from a meeting point in San Francisco International Airport (SFO) to the retreat location; however, the retreat fee does not include airfares or other travel costs to get to San Francisco.
The meeting time in San Francisco will be 10:00am on Thursday July 3rd (meeting point at the airport to be confirmed).
The bus will depart from the retreat location to San Francisco International Airport at approximately 10:00am on Tuesday July, 8th and will arrive in San Francisco at approximately 1:00pm on July 8th.
Please take into consideration these times when you book your flights. If you are coming from overseas, we recommend that you arrive in San Francisco at least the day before the retreat and leave the following day.
