Hi Nikku,
Welcome to the forums. The fifth dimension is actually the place were we all go when we go to sleep and dream. Dreams actually take place, or are projected onto the fifth dimension.
Sometimes when our dreams clear up, we are able to see what is really present in that dimension and spiritual beings can teach us about our own psychology or show us future events. This dimension can be very helpful for our spiritual growth.
