Had a crazy lucid dream last night where I saw parts of the astral plane I never knew existed. One place that caught my attention was a white city that was brilliant and cold snow flakes hit my back. People that were walking about acted funny like zombies or something but I saw one woman who struck my attention. I asked what her name was and what place I was. Her name was Cindy and she was 37 but born in 1932. She told me she didn't know where she was and wasn't aware she had passed. Does anyone know of some of the astral cities? |

Hi Patrick,
That's wonderful that you had a lucid dream!
Everything that exists here in the physical has its astral counterpart. Although, there can certainly be places in the astral that don't exist here in the physical, for example sacred temples, and spiritual places. It's really up to each individual to discover and learn about what they see in the astral.
The astral is very intuitive and symbolic, and that's why it's important to practice the awareness, so that we can learn to see things in the astral with clarity. It's vital to clear any subjective influences in order for us to really know the difference between what's real versus what's an illusion caused by the subconscious. Using your intuition is also very important.
You can also encounter personalities of diseased people in the Astral. Again, using the awareness and intuition will be your best guide in deciphering the things, places, etc. that you see in the astral. The particular incident you had could be symbolic, and only meant for you to understand. You would know best.
There's lots of marvelous things to see in the astral...all the best with continuing to explore it.
