I got a new email, is there any way to just change it over so I can still access my course material? I'm afraid that if I switch it then I'll have to re-enroll in everything again to access where I'm at at the moment. ? |

Hi Apakhana
When you login there should be a tab towards the top of the screen called "Edit Account". Click on this and then you can change your email from here.

Hi Trent,
I'm having trouble updating my email account as I just recently changed isp providers.
I haven't got an Edit Account button on the page where I log in so I can't access the page where you can change all those types of details
Is there an email address for helpdesk nowdays or do we just come here
also I just tried to click on my profie name that appears in the forums when you make a post. You use to be able to click on it and it would take you to your profile page but in only takes me back to the my account page

Hope things are well.
Some internet browsers don't display the tabs at the top. Firefox doesn't seem to have a problem so maybe you would like to try that.
You can email helpdesk[at]gnosticweb[dot]com with your new email address and username and we can change it for you.
