Reserve your place…

Places are limited, and we offer bookings on a first come, first served basis.

Once we receive a completed booking form and payment by the due dates outlined below, you will be booked in. If there are no places available you will be added to a waiting list and will be notified if a space becomes available should someone cancel.

Booking details

The retreat costs 290 Euros (€). This includes transport to and from Athens to the retreat location by mini-bus, six nights accommodation, all meals and refreshments, and transport to and from Dasiko Xorio, Kapsitsa to the countryside.

To secure your place on the retreat, a deposit of 100 € is required by Monday, 1^st May, 2008 and the remaining balance of 190 € needs to be received by Friday, 30^th May, 2008, unless otherwise stated. (You can make the full payment upfront if you wish). If payment is not received by then, your place cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be made no less than 3 weeks prior to receive a full refund. Cancelling after that time will result in a 145 € fee. There will be no refund for unused portions of the retreat, including missed meals, accommodation nights and/or missed transport. Cancellation by Gnosticweb will result in a full refund.

Payment can be made via cheque, money order or direct deposit. Send us an email stating your interest in attending and a registration form and full payment details will be sent to you.
