Activities
We will be offering a range of spiritual practices and activities including: meditation, mantras, astral projection exercises, fire-side discussions, yoga, and awareness walks through the beautiful countryside and surrounding woodlands.
During the day, we’ll explore the forests nearby or go for trips to experience the sights and adventures of "Dasiko Xorio" which is located on Mount Giona in the South-East, in Sterea Ellada, at 1000m, surrounded by firs.
The retreat will include a variety of trips! We will visit Sounio – an archaeological site in Southern Athens, a Temple of the ancient Greek god Poseidon. Our second visit will be to the archaeological site of Delphi. Delphi was the most important oracle of the ancient Greek world, and a major site for the worship of the god Apollo. There will also be walks in Eptastomo – a beautiful place in the countryside on Mount Parnassos, surrounded by firs, where there is a cave said to be linked to nymphs. We’ll walk across the canyon of Rekkas, a canyon with rare medicinal plants and visit the cave of Korikio Androu in Mount Parnassos, a major site for the worship of the nymphs.
There will also be plenty of time to get know the other students, talk and gain insights into the esoteric work.
