If you were registered for the course back around its start time (January 13) then you should probably send an email to helpdesk@gnosticweb.com and ask for assistance.

If you registered for the course recently then I think you'll have to wait until the next round of courses begins, which will be March 9.

Before then, be sure that you are registered for the course. Go to "My account" then click on the top tab "Edit Account" and check/change your registration. I think an email will be sent out prior to the start of the courses.

I checked your account and it seems like a new one with no records.

Could you please send us privately all the information in relation to your account there helpdesk@gnosticweb.com ? Things like, have you had an account before, when the last time you used your account, etc.
