Teachers course - Astral practices - Week 1 of 2
I started to realize the last 5 days how many things the trainers in the Gnostic centers or online lessons share with us and we do not pay the proper attention.
How many simple phrases or words they use and we think them as simple parts of a lecture or text that fill gaps between real knowledge.
How could this be possible? How could I thought that the great Word comes with literature necessities?
How could I not see that all words and phrases do have a meaning?
Each one of them!
I start to see through a very tiny little hole the wisdom behind the programme. Wisdom, not of a plain education technique, but of truth presented.
Nothing to hide there or trick. All presented plain and simple. We have to put aside laziness and keep practicing to feel the Word.
Some of the phrases I managed to explore more vividly: Live the moment, feel the space/room and their prerequisites for them to exist.
Many times I thought I understood these yet during this week and through an after-practice discussion a fellow student said something about them and I suddenly got it!
No thought, no dialectic analysis. Just understanding without questioning the origin of the understanding.
Through me a thought passed which said "...of course, we have to be in the moment...", yet the same time I realized that I hadn't realized this at all in the past.
Just then. At that point I felt that a small piece of tangible knowledge had it's place inside me.
I felt that some words or knowledge were immediately understood by me at this point but hasn't been like that 1 month ago.
What happened? How was this occurred?
For now, I see that I only practiced more and with more conscious and care.
Nothing more.
This week I managed to build more willpower and strength and feel more simple words.
I designed a tighter programme for practice and I noticed that with this action many issues that prevent me from success (any success on any topic) came to surface.
Almost like someone points with his finger and says..., problem 1, problem 2, problem 3.
Now, I see that I have to solve problems 1-2-3 to go further.
This took my practice a step further.
Being aware to build concentration and egos elimination is a great key.
These I found out as conscious acts do have results.
Yet another great result is there also to arise as mud leaves veeeeery sloooooowly and light, hopefully, comes out.
Amazing.
P.S. I cannot even conceive the amount of things, I learned these last 2 weeks of studying texts. And I am extremely sure that the next time I will meditate on them I will find more. From each paragraph of those texts a big book of knowledge could be published. How many little we understand and where we can go...

... Absolutely!
A very inspired post Chris,
A very inspired post Chris, thanks for sharing it, you've inspired me.
Thanks much for this post.
Thanks much for this post. It reminds me, that for the word to take root and work in us we need to be open to it, to pay attention to it, to give it its due attention. It's too easy so often to read over something by a Master, or a teacher, or even just a friend, without paying attention to its meaning to us individually. Not only does this stifle our own development, but it also isolates us from this mutually beneficial friendship we can have by being good listeners, by being good friends. Since by being a good listener, then our friend's word takes root in us, then we are helped by him (or her), but also our friend is helped because his word helped us, as where if we just let it in one ear and out the other, then no one gains, we stay in our own little world.
Much thanks,
Jim B.
Totally agree, I think it's
Totally agree,
I think it's all about taking action to really try to figure out how to get the practices right - exploring them and not waiting to be told how to better do them, but finding it out ourselves.
Thanks a lot for the blog Chris :)
