Indeed it seems that this is the case. I'm not sure whether you have had those experiences where you are filled with a profound love and compassion for every living thing, but in these times one can really feel like humanity is one family.

Essentially all one needs to do in order to experience such a state is to practice living within the present moment.

its soo goood.
it only lasts for short moments, but its a bloody good feeling.. what is it?

That kinda touches on causal reality, if you've ever been fortunate enough to experience it.
It seems as if you can hear your being alot easier since ther are no egos in play and also recognize with profound compassion that everyone else in the world has the same spiritual makeup, even if they don't recognize this.
It is a wonderful way to see that there is a divine design unique to every individual but sad that almost no one else will ever bother to find this.

The way I understand it, it comes from our consciousness have been activated.
Consciousness is our spiritual part.

Normally this feeling lasts only for a short moments, however with practice of awareness, concentration and overall internal work it can last longer.

It's neat to hear that you had that feeling many times!
