Have you ever thought that everything happens in the life for a bigger reason? All the experiences are a part of a bigger plan? I am 27 and I try to figure out what is my way.. compared to someone who has a strict plan for future, I am like flying - searching for the complete answer..wisdom and state of happiness, all material things in the world are the bonuses, but I search for something else. I dream of iternal state of loving - every minute of my life, every person around me.. but as the world is so large and filled with energies I am not capable to love, it is constant struggle of making the right choices - choosing the right work, home, friends and activities..and understanding the wrong choices, then having a strength to correct these.. The hardest is to recognize the right ones.. right now I have a normal life - work, child, home of my own. But I feel as something is missing, this is not the life I really enjoy.. Now I met a man who lives in my hometown - a long way from the town I live. The dream of moving back to hometown is so beautiful..But it is such a big decision. How can I make sure that it will be the right one? Usally I look for a sign.. How do you make decisions and recognize the right ones?

Hello brigitato,

Making the correct decisions in life is not always an easy thing to do. Personally, i find that trying to act consciously with compassion and intuition seems to be the best way to live, but there are times where everything seems cloudy and unclear. In those times it can really help to ask for guidance from above and to make a strong effort to be in the moment. If you can find that clarity and peace within, you may find that everything seems clear for a moment and you can make the correct decision.

I'm not sure whether you have completed the courses offered on this website, but they are really helpful if you're trying to gain more wisdom and understanding within your life.

Kind Regards,

Dave.

Hi Brigitato and thanks for sharing!

When it comes to important decisions, I try to find answers for the questions like: "Why do I want it?" "What do I really need in the psychological gymnasium called life?" What can I change, and what is needed to be changed?" "Where it all would lead me, finally?" "Do I really want to be there?", etc.
I try to use my mind for that as my tool, but of course mind has many limitations, tends to have all sort of biases, etc., coming from the lack of internal development and subconscious states.

According to my understanding, that's why listening to intuition, like Dave said, to that subtle feeling, can really help to go beyong mental calculations. Intuition can be developed and it relates to the heart chakra.

With intuition you just know what is right.

But how to recognise intuition from animalistic drives? A big obstacle here seems to come from subconscious states such as fear of failure and fear of taking responsibility, laziness to do whatever it takes to acheive own goals, pride to be looked upon as the person who has done something wrong, stupid, etc. And subconscious states, egos, work with opposites, so anger pushes forward, and lust, of course, and ambition, all want their satisfactions, egos are even telepathic and can easily immitate signs from above... That's why it can be so confusing, I find.

Freedom from these subconscious states seems to be the best solution to improve decision-making. If you have not listened to it, there is a talk by Belzebuub about this topic recorded here. http://www.belzebuub.com/audio
Also, like David said, the courses here teach about all these things, and usually, I think, they are taken the most seriously by those who has tried and acheived a different things in life but realized that there is a need for...something else...very much like you said.
What I mention here is just a small part of the big picture covered in depth during the courses.

Freedom from subconscious drives takes work and time, but oftenly decisions don't want to wait for us to do all that work, right? Here contact with Divine within, like Dave said, can help to break through the confusion. You might try to sincerily and repeatedly keep asking for guidance from your own spiritual part; we call her in Gnosis Divine Mother. Then, she can show your the answer in your dreams, and usually it is symbolic and can take efforts to be understood. For that, it seems vital to learn how to remember dreams.
Writing them down right after waking up helps a lot to many not to lose that information.

What I just started to experience with my internal work, is that link with Divine Mother can become stronger and then it's easier to take the best decisions, especially in a mundane life.

Finally, I think that being in the present moment, aware, is the best state to be free from all ties of the past and concerns about the future, making the best decision, here and now.

i Wish you all the Best with your Decisions

Vadim

Hi Brigitato,

When I had a really big decision I needed to make, I asked for a lot of guidance from my Divine Parents (that Vadim and David were talking about), as well as from the divine beings that exist generally (or god, or gods, or whatever name you have for the higher forces in the universe).

After awhile I had a series of dreams over a period of time that showed me what the right decision was. I was never told explicitly, I was left to interpret the symbols in my dreams intuitively and make the decision for myself (although I was told specifically not to go down one particular avenue), but the series of dreams made it quite clear what the right decision for me was.

Maybe something to take into consideration too, which I'm sure you've already thought about, is how the decision will affect what you want to achieve in your life and what you're searching for.

All the best with seeing clearly and the decision!
David

hi there,

You can try to be honest with yourself when asking; Why you want to move back to your hometown?
Try to find the real reason in yourself, see what you come up with.
