am anxious to get started, to learn and to travel. been reading about this since I was young, now that I have some time, i'm ready for it. |

Great to hear Azteka,
Astral projection is truly an incredible skill. It often takes a little practice though and is not something one can usually pick up and immediately start doing.
For this reason OBE's are taught in an 8 week cause that maximizes the chances of success by bringing the concepts and practices into an orderly format and approach. If you are interested in learning how to OBE I would strongly recommend taking the "OBEs and Dreams" course as taught on this sight ,and really put strong efforts into the practices given.
