We're now in week 4 of the courses going on right now, so with them being 9-week courses, and the traditional 2-week break, it looks like about March 31st would be the start of another round.
Don't quote me on that though.
If you just go ahead and sign up here, then you'll receive an email towards the start of the next round.

The courses should be 8 weeks now and the next round should begin in early March according to Trent H :)
