When I was first dropping off to sleep I was dreaming and was awoken suddenly. It wasnt the usual jolt. It was like I was attacked or something. Im sure I heard a hissing noise. I felt a bit scared and jittery but went back to sleep.

When I began dreaming again I realised it was a dream but then I started doing silly things. I wont say what, lol. I kept watching my hands melt everytime I went off track. Then I went back to unconcious dreaming. Then it happened again later in the night and I was doing the same silly things. Also during both dreams I kept doubting that it was a dream. I was a bit paranoid.

Im a bit annoyed that I didnt do anything constructive.....

Hi Astral eyes,

Thanks for sharing!

Me too, I really don't like to waste my time in the astral.

What can help, is to plan in advance what kind of constructive activity to do in the astral plane. One specific goal in mind can maximize constructive use of the time over there.

It can be easier to remember the goal in the astral if it has been written down and recalled in the memory during the day, and before going to sleep with strong determination to acheive it.

Good luck the next time!

Hey Vadim, thanks for the tips! Before bed Im going to write down my goals and see what happens! Also I might think about the goals at various times through the day.

Hi Suzy,

Congratulations on the two lucid dreams, even if you didn't use them how you would have liked!

I find what Vadim said really helpful about setting goals. It helps me to set just one thing I want to do at a time, because otherwise I can still get confused choosing between goals when I have a lucid dream. It also helps me to remember if I'm really interested in achieving the goal.

Hope you can have some more soon!

David
