I'm having trouble staying for long in my Astral Projections, the worst thing is that I ask questions to divine mother or something, and I'm waking up before listening the answer, so you see, I really need control over staying longer.

What tips could you give me?

Hey foxtse,

What's most important in any astral experience is the awareness. The more we are able to stay in the moment, free of distracting thoughts or emotions, perceiving our environment clearly, the longer we can stay out.

But I find that's not something we can just switch on in the astral; if we want this to be more natural, we need to continuously apply the effort to be aware during daily life as well. The less aware we are during the day, the more energy the egos take from us, the weaker our astral experiences will be even if we try to be aware in the experience.

Often astral experiences come to an end due to emotions like fear or excitement. These emotions can sometimes be incredibly subtle so we need to be careful.

Grabbing a hold of an object while in the astral seems to help, too. You could grab a hold of a chair, a door frame, a rock, etc. and it can help you to stay there longer.

If you sense negativity, I'd also recommend doing the recitations because sometimes these negative influences can cause our experiences to end too quickly.

Kind regards,

Mike

Hi MikeL

What are some of the recitations to use? I have only learned Jupiter & Raom Gaom so far. I project in darkness and when I want light, I need to know what to say. Also for awareness, what recitations do you use?

Hi,

It's been suggested and also experienced that the farther away you can get from your physical organism, the better.
I have been sucked back in before because of being too close to it.

I guess then my problem must be awareness during the day, perhaps no good enough.

I am being effectively unemotional while on AP I guess, but I just feel like my energies suddenly drain or like extremely sleepy or tired and so I come back to my body.

For the one who asked about the darkness, these are some tips I use:

Use the Bellilin conjuration, it gives more light.
or
Say "my divine mother, please give me more light".

Or use both, it usually helps.

It happened again yesterday, but I think this time it was due to emotions.

One question I want to ask though:

What's the tribunal of divine Justice supposed to look like?. I was expecting white halls and a tribunal, I've been there in the last 2 days and it looks like something different, something that perhaps has to do with my life's scenarios and somebody/something to ask questions to.

Is this normal?

Hi Dusty,

Jupiter or Bellilin are the recitations that you could use. They are the ones that I use; I use Bellilin more often if I can only sense the negativity but don't know exactly where it is.

Raom Gaom is a mantra to remember dreams in the morning when we wake up but is not a recitation.

There aren't really any recitations for awareness. It all comes down to lots of efforts during the day to be aware: taking in the information coming in from our five senses naturally and not getting lost in daydreams, irritations, etc. The Self-Discovery course teaches this in a lot more detail.

A further note is that we can sometimes find more light by being aware - we don't necessarily need the recitations.

Best wishes,

Mike

Hi foxtse,

Sometimes the places we end up look different from how we'd expect. In some cases that's because we see things as they are and they really are different from our initial ideas; in other cases we may see things differently because of our subconscious and it's even possible things are different because we are being taught something and the divine have changed the appearance of a place for our benefit.

I've only really asked to be taken to the Tribunal of Divine Justice once and I, too, was surprised. Though for me, looking back on it and trying to intuitively understand, I think my subconscious may have altered what I saw. I'd definitely like to go again, this time hopefully with more consciousness and objectivity.

Something I've come to see is that there's really nothing "normal" as far as experiences go. I'm sure with a fully awakened consciousness all the workings of the astral make sense. But there always seem to be surprises as we continue to learn.

Kind regards,

Mike

I think it might be a bit altered by consciousness by not having a clear mind yet close to the truth.
