But seriously, I know about some people that might be gay. Should I show gnosticism to them, or are they beyond spiritual repair?

I would strongly hesitate to state that someone else's lifestyle is evil or beyond repair.

I would not deem them horrible people or treat them any differently to how I would treat a straight person.

Dumbledore is gay after all ;)

With regards to introducing homosexuals to gnosis, I would follow the same thumb rule as I would for anyone else..

Are they open to it? Are they likely to benefit from it? Will it bring them more joy than pain? If the answer to all three is yes, then I bring it up.

Hello Gnostic Princess

I think it is tough for young people to understand at an early age, that we are all gods creation. I have been learning through my observations and understanding, of how the world percieves we should all be. There is so much hate in the world today. Where did we go wrong as a human race? Most of us are so worried about what others think, what ever happened to each person being themselves? and not what they think they should be. We tend to follow, think and act as the majority does.

Try and put yourself in a homosexuals shoes, arent they just standing up for what they believe in? Dont we all have different beliefs? Who are we to judge another persons beliefs? Anyway look what homosexuals have to go through people ridicule them all the time, point fingers, and slander them. They seem to think they are better than someone who is homosexual. But whats really happening is most homosexuals might be getting over a fear of what others may think of them. maybe theres a teaching there but we just need to open our eyes to be able to see it.

So i say this one day i will get over my fear of what others think of me, it is a slow process. I am very drawn to buddhism and i am looking to purchase a meditation robe, now mind you the only way for me to overcome this fear is to do something i believe in whether or not people will point fingers. I plan on wearing a robe to work when i go shopping, and just being outside. Will this help me overcome my fear? Only time will tell. Dont be so quick to judge we will all take that journey one day to infinity.

I don't think that I'm saying that I hate homosexuals. I'm actually wondering what to do/think about helping them since gnosticism says that they're paying a karmic debt.

They are not really paying karmic debt it is just due to previous actions they have changed themselves so when they are born they are attracted to the same sex. As fas as helping them all you can do is introduce Gnosis to them and see if they are interested, but it is upto them to change and they will have to work very hard put and lots of effort in order to be able to change how they are. It is important to to learn how not to judge people no matter how they are and how to feel love and compassion for them.

To say that all we could do is introduce gnosis to Gay individuals and see if they are interested?...Interested in what?... Being of gnosis faith?...Or changing who they are to suit others opinions of right or wrong. Remember what you think "wrong" is, just an illution anyway. :)

My belif is there are no rules and conditions to belonging of gnosis faith. All nationalities are welcome. All demacrates or republicans. All Woman who vote, or don't vote for that matter. hetero-sexual, bi-sexual, and yes, even homo-sexual can join gnosis faith.

Gnosis is one's individual spiritual exsperience that brings ones own personal truth. It's very individual and that is what gnosis is about.

There is no judgment. We are all unique and at our own spiritual development and so to will our experience and lessons of gnostic faith be.

all souls are equal

male to male, female to male, is just the same thing,
two (souls) in tender dedication to each other.

we are not human beings, there is no such thing as a female or male soul.
the soul may take on the lust and thaughts of a female or male, because they where incarnated into that sex. see what i meen?

this is what some of you need to lern,
the 'lusts' (and for this topic homosexuality) are only a energy that comes from the body, it isnt organic to you (your soul), and its part of our spiritual strengthening and development, asin we need to get rid 'lusts', to free ourselfes from human carnations, this isnt just sex im talking about 2, guys, im talking. anger. hate, all negative emotions & lusts..

its what what we need to get rid of, as it isnt pure, its not our true selfs,
to be able to move on to deviness, or become a god.

so to get to the point what im saying is... refuring to somebody as gay/lesbian whatever is actually incorrect in many ways, because its not the person that is gay, its only the egos within that souls body
that force that soul into being attracted to that certain thing, in this case male to male.

its disapointing, that people diffrently refrence gays and lesbians, when your just at the same level as they are..

The sexual energy is the fabric of life, creation itself. It is a matter of practice and refining the energies to understand the difference between animal sexual energy and chaste or spiritual sexual energy.

The practice of Sexual Alchemy is covered in the Gnostic Wisdom course. It's a practice between a man and a woman, since that's what it takes to create, hence how a baby can't be made by 2 men or 2 women, but only in the completion of the equation. Just like if you put a circuit with + on both ends, or - on both ends, you won't get a current, but you put a + and a - then you get an electrical current. Sexual energy is electrical.

That said, it is not our job as students who are governed mostly by the animal egos and social conditioning, to judge homosexuals or heterosexuals. The fact is, we're all headed toward the Abyss, where all the animals end up, if we don't make a radical change, heteros and homos alike. Like Rabolu says, we are all little pansies in the higher dimensions if we haven't created our solar bodies through the practice of Alchemy, none of us are real Men and Women.

It's a touchy subject for many people, so maybe specific questions are best left to that course. There have been many discussions in the forums about it, so one can always search there to find out what others have said about it.
