I am sure that someone likes you...If you have a hard time now, this site and forum can be a good place for you to learn and to find the ways to build your strength. Most of the participants here are very friendly and open-minded, and there is a ton of information from Samael Aun Weor books, www.belzebuub.com, videos, etc., you can study.

Before I explain anything, let me say this: I do not recommend using astral projection in order to fulfill materialistic desires. You may want to really sit down and ask yourself what your goals are in learning to astral project. It sounds like you have certain materialistic wants. These wants can be sought after in the physical and I don't recommend spending time in the astral in seeking out physical desires, and as you may soon learn, time in the astral is a valuble thing to have.

Let me first tell you that it can take years before your first projection (took me about 4). But don't let this scare you away, the effort is well worth it in the end. The more effort you put in to practicing, the faster you will succeed.

There is no answer to the "easiest method". Everyone is different and what works for 1 person will not work for everyone. Some simple suggestions: try in the morning or if you wake up in the middle of the night. Being in a "groggy" state of mind is ideal. This is when you are border line awake/asleep. I can explain some techniques in more detail, but i suggest that you read through forums and possibly sign up for the online classes. There is much to be learned from these.

I would explain more, but it won't really be much help to you until learn some of the basics of astral. Again I suggest reading forums. There is a lot of good info that can be found there.

It's great to see someone express an interest in the astral, but let me tell you from my own experience that learning this can not be accomplished quickly, especially when you rush it!

Like Vadim suggested, the astral course is free and you'll get more out of it than anyone here could tell you in a forum post.
