I have been trying it on my own for a few days because i am new to this subjet. My friend and I have been studying a lot. I try the breathing and the energy ball techniques but it doesn't work. I had a dream about projecting though. I am going to try out the CD's but before i do i want to know do they work on you. Also what are some techniques for begginers to get into the astral plane |

I suggest you to try out the Astral and Dream course that starts in a couple of days, it's free and can be taken on line or in one of the centers if you live close to one.
There are many techniques to AP, you will have to try and see, which one is working better for you. However, there are 4 basic factors that make AP possible. They are: relaxation, concentartion, the will to project (not obsesive;) and sleepiness.
Combine this 4 together in the right manner and you are out of your body. Any technique that implies a dependancy on external guidence, in my opinion, even if works in the begining, is useless in the long run. Feel free to experiment all, this is the only objective way to burn your fingers, untill finally you will understand what is best not to touch.
