This is my first time doing a course im just wondering how do we do the course do we get emails telling us things or do we go to a page on the site |

First if you have not already signed up for a course you can do so here:

by choosing your course preference and clicking "sign up now".
The courses begin January 13, so although this is my first course also, I believe we will get an email around that date explaining what it is we are to do.

you will find information about the course format.
I understand there will be live lectures to attend once a week, and if you can not make it to these, there are also videos that you will have access to during the course, to view at any time, that will explain the weekly topic.
There is also a book you can buy for the astral course, though not compulsory, which would also give even more depth into what your practice for the week is etc.
