where to start, i have been told by my guides its time to start working with spirit again to continue my learning, im told to look on the net or in the library for a very old book with brown cover and gold leaf writing its on astral travel, i have absolutly no idea where to start i have asked my guides for further instruction but so far nothing, im feeling drawn to astral travel but its complicated, i just need more guidance |

Hi Sharon,
Concentration is really the very base for astral travel, in my opinion, practicing concentration is the best thing to start with as the preparation for the course in astral travel, reading books about it, etc., whatever person decides to do.
Well, I think, almost everyone knows what is concentration, but here you can find some explanations about how to develop this skill
