Why is the book 'When I go to Sleep' is not available for sale in the United States?

I have signed up for the next Astral Travel and Dreams course and I’m looking forward to more success this time. I've had some success at falling asleep consciously (body asleep/mind awake) into the astral so far, and each time has been interesting with significant events (playing peek-a-boo with a negative entity, having a simple minded neighbor call the police after seeing a scantly clad ghost float around (me), confrontation with Professor Snape). So right now I am rereading the Astral Travel and Dreams book (for the third+ time) as I wait for the next course session to begin. Chapter four is the most notable or valuable in my opinion (although it raises many questions for me that are not answered in the book).

My questions are: Is there a reason why the next edition of this book (When I go to Sleep) is not available for sale in the United States? Is it possible to order the book from the Australian publisher and have it shipped to a United States address? Also, I live within a moderate driving distance to the Berkeley Gnostic center (although I have not been there). So is it possible to buy a copy at that center? I think some one explained that it is identical to the previous edition with a brief elaboration on dream symbols (but I do not know if this is true or not).

I've severely limited the number of postings that I have made in this forum due to the fact that it is readily accessible by most people with an Internet connection. This leads to another question: Is there a private forum that Gnosticweb members can use as an alternative to the public one? (Private in the sense that only registered users are given access).
