Madison Gnostic Center

Andy and Jenny Puls started the Madison Gnostic Center after several years of studying Gnosis as online students. After investigating the teachings of Gnosis and seeing their value, Andy and Jenny felt the need to provide direct access and group strength to others who might be interested in exploring the spiritual side of life. They were given the go-ahead to start a Center in their state of Wisconsin in summer of 2005, and began running courses in local community centers. These are now given from an established Gnostic Center located in downtown Madison.

In the winter of 2008, A.J. and Carolyn Daughtry Krill transitioned as new teachers to the center. Shortly thereafter, in the summer of 2008, A.J. and Carolyn proved to be suitable for the task, and Andy and Jenny were off to new horizons in the California area. Currently, A.J. and Carolyn run the Madison Gnostic Center.

The Madison Center was the first in America to be started by online students. Prior to its establishment, the only other Center in the US was in the San Francisco Bay Area, which is over 2000 miles away.

Since courses began in Wisconsin, people have appreciated the value of having a place to participate in spiritual exercises, such as meditation and mantras, in a quiet setting with an atmosphere conducive to concentration. Many enjoy meeting with others with similar interests in friendly environment where they can learn and discuss spiritual things

Activities

All of the course offered by the Gnostic Movement can be taken at the Madison Gnostic Center. We also hold advanced weekly practice sessions for those in the Gnostic Wisdom Course and above. From time to time we hold movie nights, showing movies with themes relating to Gnosis and the spiritual work. And in the warmer months of the year, we run occasional weekend retreats and organize nature walks for anyone keen to practice awareness and enjoy the peace of being in the moment.
