Hi Anders,
Rule of thumb is that we open a new browser window if the link is for another site, otherwise we keep the url in the same window.
I think in firefox you can change this behavior so that every link you click on it goes to a new tab, so that might help you if you would like this to happen for all pages.
We should also have the menu links on the left hand side now, so you can navigate around the pages more easily..
