No, your divine parents do not give up on you, if you do not understand about the situations you are in you can always ask them to show you in your dreams something that makes it more clear for you.

I don't think that they give up on us...at least not in my experience. We just have to try the best that we can each day. Some days might be harder than others. It is really important that we don't give up on ourselves during those times and learn the most we can, even from our mistakes.

I don't think our Divine Parents give up on us either.
If things get really hard or we're suffering and they don't seem to be helping it's probably for a reason or the situation might not be clear because of what's happening. I went through a period of time like this, and now in retrospect I can see that I was actually being shown something really important that was holding me back. I was being helped but I didn't understand it (that didn't make it any easier though)!
Maybe you could spend some time just talking to them and explaining your problem/s and if you keep pushing and asking then I think you'll be able to overcome any problem you might be having.
