Course in OBE's and Dreams in Sydney

This evening we had our introductory talk and it went really well. There was a very pleasant environment with a lot of enthusiasm. Below are a few shots which I think were taken by photographer Colm. Thanks a lot Colm :-)

We structured the talk with Mark welcoming everyone to the talk and going through the preliminarys, myself doing the talk then handing over to Mark to cover the exercises for the week. At the end we both took some question and answers and the structure worked really well.

At the beginning with a few minutes to spare, we played some of the 'My First Astral Experience' videos that were taken by different Centers around the world. These videos will soon be available on the website. They were excellent for setting the tone for the evening and we will definately be using them again. Thanks very much to all the individuals who participated in the creation of those great videos.
