I cant leave my body

Leave your body alone, it won't let you astralproject untill you stop forcing it to. Practice wholeheartedly the tools for astral projection without seeking success. What happens, happens.

If it is possible, you will project. Even if other say that they have expeirenced it, you have not, so you do not know if it is possible.

Gyorgi that's a very good point, and I think this applies to everything. I gotta reflex a bit upon this.

John, my advice would be that we gotta relax, and focus on a specific technique that is at least considered helpful by others. One technique at a time, learning how it works. If you haven't taken the course here, I recommend you to do so as it really covers the fundamental aspects about the practice, then you can focus on a specific excercise after relaxing, instead of minding the body, the split etc. You gotta forget all that, just relax and focus, like this you will start to fall asleep, but still aware and conscious.

To learn how to astral project, you can practice the full, complete relaxation of all the muscles, even the smallest ones and to investigate how you can concentrate your mind, and to hold the focused attention for a certain period of time, slowly increasing it with practices.

Put concentration together with sleep...and you are there!
