Mantras

Hi James,

Mantras temporarly activate chakras, the senses of astral body. Chakras correspond to psychic faculties.

So, for example, mantra "O" deals with the heart chakra and the faculty of intuition.

That's how I understand it for now and much information about the use of mantras is given by Gnosticweb courses.

Thanks Vadim. I was wondering if there were mantras to stimulate the solar plexus and third eye chakras, or maybe more generally the lower energy of the body and the higher energy of the body.

Mantra "I" stimulates the third eye chakra, and mantra "U" - the solar plexus chakra.

Mantra I is pronounced like "E" from the word eagle
and U - like "OO" from the word moon.

To practice them, just need to gently inhale air with the nose and exale it from the mouth, letting sound to go in the natural way, concentrating on the mantra.
