Yeah, it's great that the courses will start next week. Hey, I'm at school too, well I'm going to college now but it's full of tasks sometimes. I don't know how you are with assignments out of the classroom and so but I can recommend you to use a daily planner when ever you have too many assignments during a day or perhaps a week and assign specific times to anything you need to acomplish with that during the afternoon, it had help me before. It's good that we can explore astral projection and related excercises even in an academic environment! =)

i cant wait i hope i dnt have to quit the course i have to study for my yearly exams and i have lots of assinments!

Which course are you taking now?

If it is Self Discovery, it teaches how to plan and to organize, besides many other things.

Those skills helped me a lot with my school.
They helped me to study more effectively and more efficiently, to learn more, and in the same time to have more free time.

The courses don't take up a lot of time so hopefully you shouldn't have any problems fitting in the exercises around your school schedules. A lot of what you learn like awareness for instance you can do during other activities and you don't have to put aside extra time for it.

All you'll really need to allow is maybe 30 - 60 minutes a week for watching the lectures, and 15 minutes or so a day for the concentration practices. The other practices that you learn as you go through the course are done at bedtime or just as you wake up so don't take a lot of time out of your day.
