You pay attention to your thoughts and feelings, movements of your body and it's instinctive reactions, simoultaniously being aware of your senses of sight, smell, taste, hearing and touch.

Try to be aware as much as possible of your inner world as well as the one out side like if they were one total world.

When you are thinking, be aware of what you are feeling and of what you are sensing with your body. If you use only one of those functions, you are not aware. It is impossible in the begining to be totaly aware, but no matter how you do, if you try, you will start preparing your self for what is to come.
