Through your intuition, the first feeling you wake up with after the dream. Very often you simply don't understand your dream and that is allright as long as you keep on trying to understand your self. You can right down the dreams and read them later, they might be making more sense later on when the level of counsciousness has grown.

Hi Thanh,

As well as what Gyorgi said, have you had a look at the free courses here?: http://www.gnosticweb.com/content/courses-timetable

In the OBEs and Dreams course there's a lot of information and practices on remembering your dreams and on how to interpret them. You are also taught how to have Out of Body Experiences, where you can actually go to the dimension dreams occur in and investigate it however you want!

There is a whole topic in the course on Astral and Dream experiences and how to use the information you get from them in your life.

All the best,
David

Hi Thanh Elst

There is also a collection of dream symbols and the explanation of the meaning of numbers in the astral travel and dreams book which i found really helpfully.

Hi David,
Thank you very much for your help. I did learned astral travel and had few astral projects myslef. I dream alot and many times I knew I was dreaming too. I have seen things before it happens but I can't tell which one is the real message and which one is just a dream. Anyway, many thanks again.

Hi Joiny,

Thanks for your replying. I have few dreams books too but most of what I dreams are not in the books and if it is, it's very general answer. Thanks for your help.

Hi Thanh,

That's great you've been able to astral project and realise you're dreaming!

If you're having premonition dreams and they come true later, maybe you could see if they have a different feel to the ones that don't come true. Then the more you have dreams with a 'premonition' feel and they come true, the more you'll be able to know what's just a dream, and what's likely to come true.

In terms of the dream books, that's what Gyorgi was talking about with the importance of intuition, so you can wake up and know what the meaning of the dream is, without having to rely heavily on books or guides. Intuition is something which can be developed by using some techniques on the courses here and by progressing spiritually.

All the best!
David
